How we use it: To process orders, arrange delivery, contact you about your order, and improve our service.

Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We only share details with courier partners needed to deliver your order.

By ordering from Organics by Noorum, you agree to the following terms:

  • We sell organic hair oil for hair growth and hair fall care. Results may vary by person.
  • Prices: Small Rs. 700, Large Rs. 1,400. Delivery charges Rs. 260 across Pakistan unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is cash on delivery (COD) unless we announce another method.
  • Orders are confirmed after we verify your details by phone, WhatsApp, or message.
  • We aim to deliver within 3 working days; delays may occur due to courier or weather.
  • Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Our return policy for COD orders in Pakistan:

  • Damaged or wrong product: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or offer a refund as appropriate.
  • Sealed products: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days if damaged in shipping or incorrect item sent.
  • Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened hair oil cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
